The following keywords were used: non-saccular aneurysm, dolichoectasia, vertebrobasilar pool. Fifty-nine studies including 1 meta-analysis, 9 case reports, 24 reviews and 25 original articles were selected.Analysis of literature data indicates various unresolved problems associated with difficult diagnosis and choice of treatment that results high rates of disability and mortality.Data on anatomical features of non-saccular aneurysms, such as presence or absence of perforating arteries within the affected arterial segment, analysis of electrophysiological changes following brainstem compression by aneurysm can serve as factors that will improve treatment outcomes in these patients.Попытка систематизации данных о диагностике и лечении немешотчатых аневризм, расположенных в вертебробазилярном бассейне.Проведен краткий обзор как современных, так и основополагающих публикаций за период 1969—2020 гг. Поиск ключевых слов «немешотчатая аневризма», «долихоэктазия», «вертебробазилярный бассейн» осуществляли в базе PubMed. Выбрано 59 источников литературы, из них 1 метаанализ, 9 описаний случаев, 24 обзора и 25 серий наблюдений. Анализ полученных сведений указывает на наличие большого количества нерешенных проблем, связанных со сложностью диагностики и выбора метода лечения, что приводит к высоким показателям инвалидизации и летальности при указанной патологии. Данные, полученные при изучении анатомических особенностей немешотчатых аневризм, такие как наличие или отсутствие перфорантных артерий в пораженном артериальном сегменте, результаты анализа электрофизиологических изменений при компрессии ствола мозга аневризмой, могут служить факторами, которые позволят улучшить результаты лечения." @default.
