- W4285220245 abstract "Device-to-Device (D2D) communication is a critical technology that improves throughput, lowers power consumption, and reduces latency in the 5G-IoT network. However, in an underlay mode, the problem of high interference between D2D and cellular users while managing high Quality of Service (QoS) requirements with change in channel condition arises when D2D users and cellular users share the same spectrum, and user changes their locations. Therefore, we formulate a problem for maximizing the throughput while considering minimum Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) and maximum power as a constraint to address these issues. In this paper, we propose a power control scheme to solve this problem by first allocating several power levels, and then D2D users adopt the proposed scheme to transmit information at minimum power to fulfill QoS requirements and achieve better throughput. The simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm performs better and achieves optimal throughput by guaranteeing QoS with minimum delay." @default.
