The higher-order resonance shows higher sensitivity for permittivity sensing. By reconstructing the structure, the excited octupole has a high sensitivity of 3.68 GHz/RIU and quality factors of 340.6 with a <inline-formula xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink> <tex-math notation=LaTeX>${Q}$ </tex-math></inline-formula> -factor of 340.6.
