The ASIC is here successfully operated with two micromirrors, and results demonstrate sawtooth position control at 28–32 <inline-formula xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex-math notation=LaTeX>$^circ$</tex-math></inline-formula> field of view and up to 120-Hz refresh rate, while holding at the same time a tilt angle resolution of 25 m <inline-formula xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex-math notation=LaTeX>$^circ$</tex-math></inline-formula> rms (dynamic range of 60 dB) and a linearity error below <inline-formula xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex-math notation=LaTeX>$pm$</tex-math></inline-formula> 1%." @default.
