- W4285324262 abstract "In order to reduce the swing of surface drifting buoy in severe sea conditions and reduce the influence of buoy motion on observation equipment, a three-dimensional numerical wave tank was established using fluid simulation software. The motion responses of the buoy with and without damping device were simulated in level 4 sea state, and the influence of damping device on the pitch of the buoy was studied. A sea experiment of the buoy with damping device was also carried out, the simulation and the measured data of the buoy inclination were compared and analyzed. The results show that the damping device has obvious effect on slowing down the swing of the surface drifting buoy, and the difference between the simulation data and the experimental data is less than 5° and within a reasonable range. The simulation results can provide a method for the anti-rolling design and optimization of surface drifting buoy." @default.
