 Latar Belakang : Kelelahan kerja merupakan suatu proses psikologis yang dihasilkan oleh stres pekerjaan yang tidak terlepaskan dan menghasilkan kelelahan emosi, perubahan kepribadian, dan perasaan pencapaian yang menurun.
 Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
 Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 169 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan 67 responden. analisa data bivariat sperman rank.
 Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan bahwa kelelahan kerja dalam kategori tidak lelah sebesar 58,2%, stres kerja dalam kategori stres ringan sebesar 49,3%, dan hubungan kelelahan kerja perawat dengan stres kerja perawat dengan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0,283.
 Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul 
 ABSTRACT
 Background : Work fatigue is a psychological process that is produced by work stress that is not released and results in emotional exhaustion, personality changes, and drecreased feeling of accomplishment.
 Objective : To find out the relatinship between the level of work fatigue and the level of work stress of nurses at Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul.
 Method : This research method is quantitative using analytic survey with cross sectional. The population in this study were 169 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and 67 respondents obtained superman rank bivariant data analysis.
 Research result : It was found that work fatigue in the category of fatigue was 58,2%, work stress in a mild stress category of 49,3%, the conclusion is that there is a relationship between the work of nurses and the work stress of nurses in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a Pvalue of 0,283%.
 Conclusion : There is a relationship between the level of work fatigue with the level of work stress nurses in panembahan senopati general hospital bantul.
