- W4285334846 abstract "The article aims to explore and discuss specific patterns of dysfunctional and destructive conflict resolution. The problem is focused on seven conflicts, which consist of four kinship and three socio-political cases throughout 2016-–2019. The study was carried out qualitatively, using the Dahrendorf structural–functionalism paradigm. Field data consists of narrative text on a series of events based on personal experience. The data is are in the form of verbatim transcripts, to reduce bias through comparisons between the subjects, and analyzed based on the Ricouer hermeneutic circle approach. The study found alignment, determinants, and basic patterns of reconciliation, fundamental points, and resolution prerequisites. Alignment, the conclusion of the study is a mechanism for self-discovery in conflict through differentiated recovery. Through alignment, the differentiation of authority is restored and the structure is more functional." @default.
