На основе проведенного анализа практической деятельности инспекции в статье отражены проблемы и влияние изменений на эффективность контроля за освобожденными условно-досрочно. Установлено, что даже за столь незначительный период - с момента передачи указанной функции, произошли существенные изменения в порядке осуществления контроля за условно-досрочно освобожденными, а именно - в вопросах постановки на учет этой категории лиц, во взаимодействии инспекции с исправительными учреждениями и исправительными центрами. В статье аргументируется необходимость внесения изменений и дополнений в нормы УК РФ и УИК РФ, регламентирующие вопросы применения института условно-досрочного освобождения. By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 119 of March 2, 2021 “On Amendments to the Regulation on the Federal Penitentiary Service, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1314 of October 13, 2004”, the function of monitoring parolees was transferred to the criminal executive inspectorate (hereinafter referred to as the inspectorate), but no changes were made to the normative legal acts regulating the issue of monitoring this category of persons. The purpose of the study is to reflect the problems and the impact of changes on the effectiveness of monitoring of parolees on the basis of the conducted analysis of the practical activities of the inspection. As a result of the research conducted by the author, it was found that even for such a short period, namely since the transfer of the above function, there have been significant changes in the procedure for monitoring parolees, namely in the registration of this category of persons, in the interaction of the inspectorate with correctional institutions and correctional centers, etc. The article argues for the need to make changes and additions to the norms of the Criminal Code and the Penal Code of Russian Federation regulating the use of the institute of conditional early release." @default.
