Целью написания статьи явилась выработка единого подхода к документированию преступлений, связанных с клеветническими действиями в отношении сотрудников учреждений и органов УИС России, и разработка научно-практических рекомендаций по производству основных проверочных действий - осмотра места происшествия и сбора объяснений от очевидцев. Разработанные рекомендации, содержащие алгоритм действий должностного лица учреждения или органа, пострадавшего от клеветнических действий, либо руководящего состава, действующего в интересах сотрудника или репутации ведомства, позволят скорейшим образом организовать проверку сообщения о клевете. Принципиальный подход и грамотное немедленное реагирование на любое проявление преступных действий в отношении сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы являются основными средствами сокращения количества преступных посягательств на их честь и достоинство со стороны осужденных и иных лиц. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of receiving, registering and verifying reports of defamation against employees of the penal system, including those distributed via the information and telecommunications network “Internet”. The purpose of this article was to develop a unified approach to documenting crimes related to defamatory actions against employees of institutions and bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the production of basic verification actions: inspection of the scene of the incident and collecting explanations from eyewitnesses. The developed recommendations containing the algorithm of actions of the official of the institution or body that has suffered from defamatory actions, or the management staff acting in the interests of the employee or the reputation of the department, will allow to quickly organize the verification of the libel report. Only a principled approach and competent immediate response to any manifestation of criminal actions against employees of the penitentiary system is the main means of reducing the number of criminal attacks on their honor and dignity by convicts and other persons." @default.
