However, research on agglomerate mode parameters is relatively limited. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the impact of agglomeration model parameters on the macroscopic mechanical reaction of crushing. In this paper, agglomerate models of corn kernels were built based on the Bonded Particle Model, and the crushing behavior of the agglomerate was simulated by the compression test. The results show that the particle filling method, particle size, and particle bonding contact radius all have a significant impact on the network force chain structure within the agglomerate, which affects the mechanical properties of the agglomerate. There is a DoseResp function relationship between the average coordination number of particles and the crushing resistance of agglomerates. The research results can provide some theory references for constructing the agglomerate model." @default.
