Therefore, the development of new gas sensing materials for gas pollution is particularly important. Based on the DFT method, the SnO 2 -GeSe monolayer was constructed. The gas-sensitive adsorption parameters of NO 2 , H 2 O, CO 2 gas molecules, and the SnO 2 -GeSe monolayer were calculated and studied. The adsorption mechanism of the SnO 2 -GeSe monolayer with the above three gases was revealed from a microscopic point of view. The results showed that the SnO 2 -GeSe monolayer had good selectivity and obvious sensitivity to NO 2 , H 2 O, and CO 2 , and the sensitivity was H 2 O > NO 2 > CO 2 . This study aims to lay a theoretical foundation for the preparation of SnO 2 -GeSe monolayer and provide new ideas and ways for the development of other gas sensors." @default.
