- W4285420384 abstract "Employee satisfaction is a source of competitiveness that enhances the quality of products/services and contributes to customer satisfaction. Research on employee satisfaction has been actively reported, but there have been issues in removing bias and industry-independent generalization. In this study, the factors of employee satisfaction were evaluated through pure recall in the following 10 industries in Japan: automobile, consumer goods, education, electronics, finance, infrastructure, IT, media, real estate, and retail. When asked about the attractiveness of a company, employees frequently indicated work-life balance, stable, high-income, flexibility, comfort, and diversity as factors. However, in terms of contribution to satisfaction, it became clear that resultism, specialty, challenge, meaning of the job, and high-income are effective. Many companies are working to improve salaries and welfare to increase employee satisfaction. However, people are not satisfied with this alone, and this study identifies factors that should be emphasized more." @default.
