Pemberlakuan Social dan pshyscal distancing serta penutupan sementara rumah ibadah secara public telah membuka pola baru dalam interaksi secara daring. Hal ini telah menjadi fenomena tersendiri dalam proses komunikasi gereja pada media online yang disebut internet. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa manusia dengan latar belakang agama apapun masih menjadi makluk sosiologis. Hal ini sesuai dengan sebutan Martin Heidegger bahwa manusia sebagai Dasein, dimana perilaku Dasein adalah keterlibatan secara aktif dengan objek keseharian. Seperti hubungan dengan orang lain, benda, maupun dengan dirinya sendiri (reflektif).
