В данном исследовании проанализированы результаты культивирования возбудителей с использованием тест-систем «Mycoplasma-IST2» (2689 анализов) и «Mycoplasma-IЕS» (427 анализов). Объектом исследования были амбулаторные пациенты мужского и женского пола, обратившиеся для обследования на ИППП. Результаты исследования выявили дискордантность показателей, полученных при диагностике генитальных микоплазмозов двумя тест-системами. Статистически значимые расхождения получены по частоте обнаружения в общей популяции возбудителя M. hominis: 4,4% по тест-системе «Mycoplasma-IST2» и 7,7% по «Mycoplasma-IЕS» (p<0,01). В противоположность этому показатели по возбудителю U. urealyticum оказались сходными – 33,2% и 32,6% соответственно (р>0,05). Выявлены существенные различия в результатах определения тест-системами резистентных штаммов возбудителей к таким антибиотикам, как тетрациклин, эритромицин, кларитромицин и офлоксацин (p<0,01). С учетом всего перечисленного можно делать вывод об отсутствии эквивалентности в полученных лабораторных показателях двух тест-систем. In recent years, test systems based on the cultivation of genital Mycoplasma infections Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum on special polystyrene panels have become very popular in the diagnosis of these microorganisms. In this study, the results of culturing pathogens using the test systems Mycoplasma-IST2 (2689 analyses) and Mycoplasma-IES (427 analyses) were analyzed. The object of the study was male and female outpatient patients who applied for STItesting. The results of the study revealed discordance of indicators obtained in the diagnosis of genital mycoplasmosis by two test systems. Statistically significant differences were obtained in the frequency of detection in the general population of the M. hominis pathogen: 4.4% for the test system Mycoplasma-IST2 and 7.7% for Mycoplasma-IES (p<0.01). In contrast, the indicators for the pathogen U. urealyticum were similar – 33.2% and 32.6%, respectively (p>0.05). The results of determining test systems of resistant strains of pathogens to such antibiotics as tetracycline, erythromycin, clarithromycin and ofloxacin differ significantly (p<0.01). Taking into account all the above mentioned, we can conclude that there is no equivalence in the obtained laboratory parameters of the two test systems." @default.
