- W4285702306 abstract "成長都市において、伝統的なクラインガルテンは都市開発の圧力によって危機に晒されている。ベルリン市はそうした需要に対応するため、2019年にクラインガルテン発展計画（KEP）を改訂した。本報告はKEPがいかに変わったかを報告することにより、人口増加都市においていかに農的空間を保全していくかについて示唆を得るものである。当初のKEPは主に既存のゾーニングシステムに着目してクラインガルテンの保全指針およびその仕組みについて述べた一方、新たなKEPでは統計的・空間的分析の結果を用いてクラインガルテンの重要性を客観的に示した。さらに、改訂された保全カテゴリーのシステムは、より明確にどのクラインガルテン施設が保全されるか、あるいは開発に供されるか示すものとなった。すなわち、KEPはよりデータに裏付けられた計画となり、開発の可能性も明示したものとなったといえる。" @default.
