• W4286276712 abstract "Abstract – Electricity consumption in Tulungagung Regency in 2018-2020 has increased. Electricity consumption in Tulungagung Regency in 2020 amounted to 572.007 GWh covering the household sector, industrial sector, business sector, social sector, office building sector and public street lighting. One of the energy consumption in Tulungagung Regency, especially in the office building sector in 2020 amounted to 22,140,943 kWh or equivalent to 22.14 GWh. One of the potential uses of renewable energy is to build PLTS in buildings or government offices that become the places of community service, one of which is the security service by the Legal Metrology Unit (UML) of Tulungagung Regency by utilizing the roof of the building or the building. This research aims to find out the potential energy generated from PLTS using Helioscope software if built on the roof. The area of the roof that has the potential as a place for PLTS to be built with a total area of the roof side of the office that can be used is 122.80m2. By using a module of 500 Wp, the number of modules needed on the roof is 36 modules with a total installed capacity of 18,000 Wp. PLTS with this capacity requires as many as 1 unit with an inverter capacity of 15,000 W. Total energy potential generated from PLTS is 24,623.1 kWh / year or equivalent to 24.6 MWh / year with a system performance ratio of 76.2%. Factors that contribute to the reduction of energy potential or system loss with the largest contributors are the temperature by 7.5% and shading by 6.9%.Keywords : photovoltaic, building, power, energy, metrologyIntisari – Konsumsi energi listrik di Kabupaten Tulungagung tahun 2018-2020 mengalami peningkatan. Konsumsi energi listrik di Kabupaten Tulungagung tahun 2020 sebesar 572,007 GWh meliputi sektor rumah tangga, sektor industri, sektor usaha, sektor sosial, sektor gedung kantor dan penerangan jalan umum. Salah satu konsumsi energi di Kabupaten Tulungagung khususnya pada sektor gedung perkantoran pada tahun 2020 sebesar 22.140.943 kWh atau setara 22,14 GWh. Salah satu potensi pemanfaatan energi terbarukan yaitu dengan membangun PLTS pada bangunan gedung atau kantor pemerintahan yang menjadi tempat pelayanan masyarakat salah satunya yaitu pelayanan kemetrologian oleh Unit Metrologi Legal (UML) Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan memanfaatkan atap gedung atau bangunan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi energi yang dihasilkan dari PLTS menggunakan software Helioscope jika dibangun pada atap tersebut. Luasan atap yang berpotensi sebagai tempat PLTS dibangun dengan luas total sisi atap kantor yang dapat digunakan adalah 122,80m2. Dengan menggunakan modul sebesar 500 Wp maka jumlah modul yang diperlukan pada atap sebanyak 36 modul dengan total kapasitas terpasang sebesar 18.000 Wp. PLTS dengan kapasitas tersebut memerlukan sebanyak satu unit dengan kapasitas inverter 15.000 W. Total potensi energi yang dihasilkan dari PLTS sebesar 24.623,1 kWh/tahun atau setara dengan 24,6 MWh/tahun dengan system performance ratio sebesar 76,2%.
