- W4286354916 abstract "自閉スペクトラム症（Autism Spectrum Disorders: ASD）は，対人相互作用やコミュニケーションの発達に障害を持ち，常同行動や限局的・反復的な興味および行動のパターンを示す発達障害である。ASDの有病率は最新の報告では44人に1人ともいわれており世界的な社会問題となっている。米国精神医学会が発刊している国際的精神疾患の診断基準DSM-IVまでは，嗅覚を含む感覚の問題は診断基準に含まれていなかった中で，DSM-5にて感覚過敏や感覚刺激に対する低反応，感覚探求といった感覚の問題が初めて診断基準の一つに取り上げられた。嗅覚を含めた感覚の問題はASD児のほとんどが有すると考えられており，ASD児にとって実生活の中で抱く困難の本質とも考えられており，情動・行動や運動・行為の問題に影響する。ASD者は自叙伝において嗅覚の主観的問題を語っている。また臨床場面でも嗅覚症状はしばしば見ることができる。一方で臨床現場において，ASDの嗅覚特性について満遍なく聴取する手法は現状存在しないことは課題である。また客観的嗅覚特性評価にも課題が残っている。嗅覚機能は，ASD児の早期発見，社会不適応の予測因子，二次障害の予防，バイオマーカー，介入効果の促進因子といった点からも着目する意義は大きい。" @default.
