В вуз будут поступать лишь те, кому по душе работа в следствии, на службу в следственные органы СК России будут приходить лишь сотрудники по призванию. Это приведет к обогащению системы опытными и честными профессиональными кадрами, выпускниками академий Следственного комитета Российской Федерации. The issue of professional orientation is caused by the progressive development of the information field, changes in society, an increase in the volume and complexity of tasks performed by employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and an increase in acts of corruption. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation faces the task of training qualified personnel. The opening of new educational institutions in the system of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation testifies to the need to educate patriots of the Fatherland devoted to the investigation and the investigative case. The staff turnover in the system indicates the difficulties of the investigator's work, not every employee can withstand the tests caused by the intensity of the profession. The education of our own personnel from the cadet bench will allow the selection of candidates for further training in the system of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. Only those who like to work in the investigation will enter the university, only employees by vocation will come to serve in the investigative bodies of the Investigative committee of the Russian Federation. This will lead to the enrichment of the system with experienced and honest professional personnel, graduates of the academies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation." @default.
