Все чаще в научно-методических публикациях поднимаются вопросы использования нейронных сетей в раскрытии и расследовании преступлений. Все это позволило задуматься над необходимостью и направлениями использования «цифрового разума» на благо обществу в сфере правоохранительной деятельности. Однако, как и любое другое новшество, использование искусственного интеллекта на базе нейронных сетей наталкивается не только на проблемы подготовки кадров к работе с ним, но и необходимость решения ряда организационных вопросов. Среди них могут быть отмечены трудности доступа к большим массивам данных, подвергающихся анализу «искусственным разумом»; составление перечня субъектов, имеющих доступ не только к самим исходным сведениям, но и результатам их обобщения; процессуальное закрепление полномочий отдельных лиц на легализацию выводов в рамках уголовного судопроизводства. Указанные проблемы вряд ли могут быть рассмотрены в пределах ограниченного объема исследования, требуют серьезного внимания не только со стороны научного сообщества, но и правоприменителей и нормотворцев. Авторы попытались поднять основные вопросы использования искусственного интеллекта в раскрытии преступлений, определить основные направления применения современных цифровых технологий в уголовном производстве. Currently, more and more attention is being paid to the possibility of using information technologies in various spheres of human life. The widespread introduction of software algorithms for solving individual problems reduces the number of jobs, giving way to artificial intelligence. Increasingly, scientific and methodological publications raise questions about the use of neural networks in the detection and investigation of crimes. All this allowed us to think about the need and directions for using the “digital mind” for the benefit of society in the field of law enforcement. However, like any other innovation, the use of artificial intelligence based on neural networks encounters not only the problems of training personnel to work with it, but also the need to solve a number of organizational issues. Among them, the authors note the difficulties of accessing large amounts of data being analyzed by “artificial intelligence”; compiling a list of subjects who have access not only to the source data itself, but also to the results of their generalization; procedural consolidation of the powers of individuals to legalize conclusions in criminal proceedings. This article can hardly consider these problems; they require serious attention not only from the scientific community, but also law enforcement and lawmakers. The authors try to raise the main issues of the use of artificial intelligence in the detection of crimes, to determine the main directions of the use of modern digital technologies in criminal proceedings." @default.
