Автор большое внимание уделяет истории становления термина «судебная ситуалогическая экспертиза», особенностям выбора оптимальных тактических решений по алгоритмам назначения, методике производства и оценке результатов ситуалогических экспертиз при расследовании дорожно-транспортных преступлений. Цель данной работы - восполнить пробел в специализированной литературе криминалистического и судебно-экспертного направлений применительно к расследованию уголовных дел данной категории. Изученная практика расследования дорожно-транспортных происшествий свидетельствует о том, что судебная ситуалогическая экспертиза проводится далеко не во всех случаях, когда имеется такая потребность. В связи с этим возникает необходимость в расширении знаний о возможностях судебной ситуалогической экспертизы и оптимальных алгоритмах её производства. Обосновываются предложения по внесению отдельных изменений и дополнений в действующее уголовно-процессуальное законодательство и базовое законодательство о судебно-экспертной деятельности. Работа имеет междисциплинарный характер. Выделяются и описываются особенности комплексного подхода при производстве судебных экспертиз. Данное направление дополняется также рассмотрением примера из следственной практики. The article is devoted to the problem of insufficiently active use of the possibilities of forensic situational expertise for the purpose of disclosure and investigation of traffic crimes and objectification of evidence. The author pays great attention to the history of the formation of the term “forensic situational expertise”, the peculiarities of choosing optimal tactical solutions for assignment algorithms, production methods and evaluation of the results of situational examinations in the investigation of traffic crimes. The purpose of this work is an attempt to fill the gap in the specialized literature of forensic areas in relation to the investigation of criminal cases of this category. The studied practice of investigating road accidents indicates that forensic situational expertise is not carried out in all cases when there is such a need. In this regard, there is a need to expand knowledge about the possibilities of forensic situational expertise and optimal algorithms for its production. The author substantiates proposals for making individual amendments and additions to the current criminal procedure legislation and the basic legislation on forensic expertise. The article is interdisciplinary in nature. The author identifies and describes the features of an integrated approach in the production of forensic examinations, and considers an example from investigative practice." @default.
