В статье проанализированы мнения ученых относительно понятия криминалистической характеристики, с основой на них было продемонстрировано собственное авторское видение элементов криминалистической характеристики преступлений, совершаемых на объектах воздушного транспорта с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий. Раскрыты понятия объекта и предмета криминалистической характеристики преступлений, совершаемых на объектах воздушного транспорта с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий, изучены следы компьютерно-информационных преступлений, рассмотрены их основные признаки, последствия и обстановка совершения данного вида преступных деяний. The article presents the results of studying the forensic characteristics of crimes committed with the use of information and telecommunication technologies at the facilities of the air transport complex; considers the features of the formation of the concept and content of its constituent elements, as well as their correlational relationships; analyzes statistical data of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the commission of crimes using information and telecommunication technologies at air transport facilities; indicates the importance of criminalistic characteristics of crimes for the disclosure and investigation of criminal acts, and gives the opinions of scientists on this issue. The article analyzes the opinions of scientists regarding the concept of forensic characteristics, based on them; the author demonstrates his vision of the elements of forensic characteristics of crimes committed at air transport facilities using information and telecommunication technologies. The author reveals the concepts of the object and subject of forensic characteristics of crimes committed at air transport facilities using information and telecommunication technologies, studies the traces of computer and information crimes, considers their main signs, consequences and the situation of committing this type of criminal acts." @default.
