- W4288049606 abstract "This paper investigates the moderating role of sensation seeking on the relationship between father's rejection and adolescents’ creativity and externalizing behavior. The results showed that the disinhibition dimension of sensation seeking can moderate the relationship between rejection and creativity; that is, adolescents with high disinhibition have stronger creativity when rejection is low, and weaker creativity when rejection is high. The disinhibition dimension can also moderate the relationship between rejection and externalizing behavior, but the moderating effect size is small and does not have two obvious ends. The results of this study partly explained the polarization characteristics of high sensation seeking, and provide a theoretical basis for intervening with high sensation seeking adolescents to develop high creativity and reduce problem behavior." @default.
