- W4289314114 abstract "The work is focused on the preparation of biluminescent nanoparticles, in which Tb3+ and Eu3+-doped nanophosphors, based on an inorganic fluoride matrix were covered with luminescent metal nanoclusters of AuAg. Coating the surface of nanophosphors with nanoclusters allows prepared systems to emit light, which color (green/red or orange/red) depends on the UV wavelength, used for excitation (∼280 or ∼369 nm). The morphological, structural, and optical properties of the prepared systems were examined, as well as their resistance to UV radiation. In terms of emissive properties, it was found that biluminescent nanoparticles with Tb3+ ions are more effective than those based on Eu3+ ions." @default.
