From the perspective of individuals and teams, this research explored the influence mechanism of individual and team dialectical emotion on individual creativity and tested the mediating role of team innovation climate. The study collected 157 sets of valid questionnaires and tested the hypotheses using a cross-level structural equation model. The results showed that individual dialectical emotion had a positive impact on individual creativity, team dialectical emotion had a negative impact on individual creativity, and team innovation climate mediated the relationship between team dialectical emotion and individual creativity. This research considers the coexistence of positive emotion and negative emotion, which provides a new perspective on the relationship between emotion and creativity. These findings advanced theories related to emotion and creativity by explaining how individual and team dialectical emotions influence individual creativity." @default.
