- W4290719367 abstract "Intention to use mobile payment is a goal that needs to be achieved in the study of the adoption of online behavior. There are several other behaviors that can support the perceived ease of use and the relative advantage of mobile payments. Examining the phenomenon of mobile payment, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perceived ease of use, relative advantage, and intention of use from mobile payment users. This research was conducted through a quantitative survey with online questionnaires. There were 290 respondents whose data were processed in this study, and the respondents were mobile payment e-wallet users in the city of Bandung. Data from respondents was processed through SmartPLS by testing the Inner and Outer Models to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study found that perceived ease of use had a positive relationship with relative advantage. Furthermore, it is known that the relative advantage of mobile payment e-wallet has a positive relationship with intention to use. Meanwhile, there is a direct positive relationship between perceived ease of use and intention to use. The findings of the study indicate that there is an online behavior model related to the intention to use mobile payment. The information in this study is useful for mobile payment service providers in Indonesia to understand the online language, so that mobile payment services, especially e-wallets can be improved." @default.
