- W4291673158 abstract "血液を臓器のひとつとすると，輸血は，最も頻繁に行われている臓器移植である。輸血・移植免疫検査は，ASHI認定組織適合性検査施設の認定基準として，遺伝子検査法，フローサイトメトリー技術，HLAタイピング，ABO/RhD血液型検査等に関する項目がある。本学会において活躍するHLA検査技術者の多くは，日常業務において輸血・移植免疫検査を担当する臨床検査技師であり，最近の輸血・移植・遺伝子関連の新たな検査項目の登場や検査機器の高度化などにより幅広い対応を行っている。それに伴い，本年度より臨床検査技師養成のためのカリキュラムが改正され，輸血・移植免疫検査は病因・生体防御検査に関する科目から再区分された。本講習会では，新カリキュラムにおける輸血・移植検査学の分類に合わせて，基礎的な輸血・移植免疫検査について概説する。" @default.
