- W4291993310 abstract "In present-day conditions, the erection of buildings and structures by mobile units is becoming increasingly important. This is due not only to the active development of the Far North, Siberia and the Far East, but also to the implementation of large volumes of construction and installation works in the developed areas of the European part of the country. At the same time, the effectiveness of mobile units operating in isolation from the places of permanent deployment and in new, typically harsh natural and climatic conditions is achieved only as a result of purposeful management of the all processes of organization and capacity optimization in the construction company, the relocation of resources concentration to the construction areas, the implementation of the entire work program, and the creation of the finished construction products. On the basis of performance of the specified processes, it was offered a unified mobile object construction management system (UMCOMS) that will ensure interconnected and reliable activities of all those involved in the creation of buildings and structures. For this purpose, the functions of all processes of mobile units activity, enabling solutions of the relevant production, housing and communal and social tasks at each stage of construction operations, are described in detail on the basis of domestic and foreign experience. The main principles, the implementation of which ensures the creation and functioning of the UMCOMS as the most important stage in the transition of mobile construction to a new organizational level, are also set out." @default.
