• W4294009693 abstract "Latar Belakang: Luka jahitan perineum merupakan kondisi normal yang terjadi pada ibu nifas yang melakukan tindakan menjahit. Ada beberapa cara yang bisa mempercepat penyembuhan luka jahitan yaitu dengan obat farmakologi dan obat herbal, seperti Kayu Manis Verum (kayu manis). Cinnamommum Verum mengandung senyawa eugenol dan bersifat analgesik sehingga dapat mengurangi rasa sakit dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka jahitan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian seduhan kayu manis terhadap nyeri dan penyembuhan luka jahitan perineum. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-exprimental design, dengan pendekatan two grub pretest-posttest disign, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu nifas yang mengalami luka jahitan perineum, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi NRS (Numeric Ratting scale). Pada penelitian ini, analisis menggunakan uji-T untuk melihat perbedaan yang signifikan pada perubahan nyeri perineum jahitan. Uji statistik Mann Whitney U juga digunakan untuk membandingkan kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil: Uji statistik Mann Whitney U menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Cinnamommum Verum terhadap penyembuhan luka jahitan perineum pada Ny Nifas dengan nilai p-value = 0,011<0,05. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji statistik sampel Paired T-test menunjukkan ada pengaruh Cinnamommum Verum terhadap Nyeri Luka Jahitan Perineum pada Ny Nifas dengan nilai p-value = 0,002<0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh Cinnamommum Verum terhadap penurunan nyeri dan penyembuhan luka jahitan perineum pada ibu nifas di Puskesmas Harapan Kabupaten Jayapura. Saran dapat dijadikan alternative pengobatan non farmakologi dalam menyembuhkan luka jahitan perineum Kata kunci: Penyembuhan, Nyeri, luka jahitan perineum, nifas, Cinnamommum Verum ABSTRACT Background: Perineal stitch wounds are a normal condition that occurs in the mother of nifas who performed the act of tailoring. There are several methods that can speed up the healing of stitch wounds, namely with pharmacological drugs and herbal remedies, such as Cinnamommum Verum (cinnamon). Cinnamommum Verum contains eugenol compounds and is analgesic so as to reduce pain and speed up the healing process of stitch wounds. Purpose: To find out the effect of giving cinnamommum verum steeping on pain and healing of perineum stitch wounds. Methods: This study is a pre-exprimental design, with a two grub pretest-posttest disign approach, The population in this study is a nifas mother who suffered a perineum stitch wound, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling Study sample of 30 respondents. This research instrument uses an NRS (Numeric Ratting scale) observation sheet. In this study, the analysis used the T-test to see significant differences in changes in perineal stitch sore pain. Mann Whitney U's statistical test was also used to compare intervention and control groups. Results: Mann Whitney U's statistical test showed that there was an effect of Cinnamommum Verum on the healing of perineal stitch wounds in Mrs. Nifas with a value of p-value = 0.011<0.05. The results of statistical tests with statistical test Paired T-test samples showed there was an effect of Cinnamommum Verum on Perineum Stitch Wound Pain in Mrs. Nifas with a value of p-value = 0.002<0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of Cinnamommum Verum on the reduction of pain and healing of perineum stitch wounds in nifas mothers in Jayapura Regency Hope Health Center.
