- W4294336192 abstract "For quantitative analysis with a relatively strong stray field, split-illumination electron holography can be utilized. Dark-field electron holographic interferometry is useful for measuring strain field for a relatively wide field of view. Lorentz microscopy with Fresnel Mode and Foucault mode is also explained for analysis of magnetic domain structures. In addition, differential phase contrast (DPC) Lorentz microscopy and the method using the transport-of-intensity equation (TIE) are outlined. For magnetic field analysis, introduction of magnetically shielded lens and use of a high-voltage electron microscope are effective. Introduction of aberration-corrected lens system is also effective to carry out the precise field measurement. For the field control around a specimen, use of multifunctional specimen holders with piezodriving probes is useful. As typical specimen preparation techniques, FIB method and ultramicrotomy are explained. For the characterization of the microstructures, high-resolution and analytical electron microscopy with HAADF-STEM is effective." @default.
