- W4296409087 abstract "During the current time the permanent growth in the use of various unmanned aerial vehicles generates a whole set of tasks to be solved for the detection of flying aerial objects. One of such tasks can be described as a recognition of objects moving in the airspace, which includes unmanned vehicles and ornithological objects usually observed by a radar. The purpose of this paper is to develop an algorithm capable of recognition of the small-sized aerial objects monitored by radar with a probability no less than 85%. Trajectory and signal components specific to the considered classes of small-sized aerial objects should act as features for recognition. The effectiveness of the application of trajectory features is not sufficient enough for recognition due to the similarity of the movement and maneuver of the considered objects. Signal features representations are spectral images received by radar. To obtain spectral images various transformations of the signals are conducted. The algorithm incapsulates the transformation of the received signal, obtaining a spectral image and automatic object recognition using artificial intelligence. The results of this algorithm make it possible to develop specialized software for the aerial object recognition for future radar systems for surveillance of airports and important infrastructure." @default.
