- W4296475309 abstract "The EMI filter usually is designed based on the nominal value of filter components such as capacitor and inductor. However, the impedance of these components vary widely in different filtering frequency band, so that the insertion loss of the actual EMI filter may be much lower than its design data in the high frequency span. To improve the EMI filter performance in high frequency, an optimized method considering the frequency variation characteristics of components is proposed. The filter components frequency variation models are established with a frequency response analyzer. Based on these frequency variation models, the actual EMI filter insertion loss is calculated by the cascaded parameters and compared with the required value. The EMI filter can be optimized by comparing the calculation results of different filters. The EMI measurement in an inverter proved the validity of the EMI filter optimized method." @default.
