The measurement of static pressure, dynamic pressure, and inflow angles are all part of determining flow angularity. Even in the design process, flow prediction plays a significant role. Any process industry’s base is design and testing, and flow measurements and the related parameters must be thoroughly assessed to gain the expected outcomes of the experiment. In such circumstances, wind tunnels play a crucial role and researchers are normally reliant on them to conduct experiments. Before testing a model, the flow characteristics and maturity rates, such as turbulence, flow angularity, strain, velocity, temperature, and density distribution, must all be checked in the test section. Any instrument that generates a flow field data diagram of test parts can be used to examine the flow field and degree of maturity inside the test section. This paper introduces innovative equipment that is effective at sensing fluctuating pressure. The equipment is known as a five-hole five probe flow analyser, and it can be used to assess flow angularities in the test section of a wind tunnel. The designed flow analyser has been fabricated and tested in various subsonic wind tunnel test facilities. The results obtained are compared with theoretical values and results from conventional instruments to validate the effectiveness of the instrument" @default.
