Taking terahertz (THz) one-dimensional (1D) photonic crystal (PC) resonant cavity as an example, a neural network is proposed to predict the fundamental parameters of the PC cavity with high accuracy. However, the neural network alone suffers from low accuracy in the process of reverse prediction. In combination with a multi-objective optimization algorithm, the reverse prediction of the PC cavity is realized with high accuracy." @default.
