Dynamics were compared on the MoCA, MMSE, Hamilton scale for assessing depression and the quality of life of EQ-5D, and the subjective effectiveness of therapy by patients and doctors was evaluated.Combination therapy resulted in significantly greater regression of cognitive impairment compared to monotherapy. At the end of the study, the differences between the groups were significant both on the MMSE scale (p=0.007) and on the MoCA scale (p=00003). At the same time, significant differences between the groups in the magnitude of cognitive improvement on the MoCA scale were noted already from the 30th day of treatment. Combination therapy also contributed to a more significant improvement in the patient's quality of life: dynamics on the EQ-5D scale significantly (p<0.05) differed in the groups, also starting from the 30th day of therapy. There were no significant differences in the dynamics of the Hamilton scale for assessing depression between the compared groups. Both Picamilon Ginkgo and monotherapy with ginkgo biloba extract were safe and were not accompanied by significant adverse events.The combination of standardized ginkgo biloba extract with Picamilon has an advantage over monotherapy with ginkgo biloba extract in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia, as it contributes to a more significant regression of cognitive impairment and improvement of quality of life.Сравнение клинической эффективности и безопасности препарата Пикамилон Гинкго и препарата гинкго билоба у пациентов с хронической ишемией головного мозга (ХИМ) и когнитивными нарушениями (КН).В открытом многоцентровом рандомизированном сравнительном исследовании приняли участие 278 пациентов старше 45 лет с ХИМ и КН. Из них 139 получали Пикамилон Гинкго и 139 — монотерапию экстрактом гинкго билоба в течение 90 дней. Сравнивалась динамика по Монреальской шкале оценки когнитивных функций ( MoCA), шкале оценки психологического статуса (MMSE), шкале Гамильтона для оценки выраженности депрессии и качества жизни EQ-5D, а также проводилась оценка субъективного впечатления об эффективности терапии пациентами и врачами.Комбинированная терапия приводила к достоверно более выраженному регрессу КН по сравнению с монотерапией. По завершении исследования различия между группами были достоверны как по шкале MMSE (p=0,007), так и по шкале MoCA (p=0,0001). При этом достоверные отличия между группами по выраженности улучшения когнитивных функций по шкале MoCA отмечались уже с 30-го дня лечения. Комбинированная терапия способствовала также более существенному повышению качества жизни пациентов: динамика по шкале EQ-5D достоверно (p<0,05) отличалась в группах, также начиная с 30-го дня терапии. Между группами не было достоверных различий по динамике шкалы Гамильтона для оценки выраженности депрессии. Как терапия Пикамилоном Гинкго, так и монотерапия экстрактом гинкго билоба были безопасными и не сопровождались значимыми нежелательными явлениями.Сочетание стандартизированного экстракта гинкго билоба с Пикамилоном имеет преимущество перед монотерапией экстрактом гинкго билоба у пациентов с ХИМ, так как способствует более значительному регрессу КН и повышению качества жизни." @default.
