• W4297786519 abstract "Abstract : Adverse drug reactions are responses to a drug that are noxious, unwanted and that occur at doses normally used for the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of disease or for the modification of physiological function. Pediatrics comes from the Greek, namely pedos which means child and iatrica which means treatment of children, so pediatrics is treatment of pediatric patients. In this study, the authors used the Literature Review Study method by conducting studies in several journals and taking data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The problem formulation of this study is to identify the presence of Adverse Drug Reactions in pediatric patients in various hospitals based on the highest population contained in various literatures and the purpose of this study is to evaluate Adverse Drug Reactions in pediatric patients used in various hospitals. The results obtained were 8 journals, 9 drug classes, 16 drug names and 5828 patient populations affected in the case of Drug Related Problems in the Adverse Drug Reactions category. The names of the 5 drugs are: Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Amikacin, Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone. Of the several antibiotics used by the patient, there were also complaints of unwanted side effects such as: Urticaria Rash, Itching at the injection site, Diarrhea, Dry Skin, Dark Blue Lips and Lichen nitidus. The solution is to stop the suspected drug and give the drug to prevent a reaction, to give an alternative medicine to prevent a reaction, to continue treatment with dehydration therapy fluids, to continue the treatment and consult the doctor concerned.&#x0D; Abstrak : Adverse Drug Reactions adalah respon terhadap suatu obat yang merugikan, tidak diinginkan dan yang terjadi pada dosis yang biasa digunakan untuk pencegahan, diagnosis, atau terapi penyakit atau untuk modifikasi fungsi fisiologik. Pediatri berasal dari bahasa Yunani yaitu pedos yang berarti anak dan iatrica yang berarti pengobatan anak, maka pediatri adalah pengobatan pada pasien anak. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Studi Literature Riview dengan dilakukannya pengkajian pada beberapa jurnal dan diambil data sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi adanya Adverse Drug Reactions pada pasien pediatrik di berbagai rumah sakit berdasarkan Populasi tertinggi yang terdapat di berbagai literature dan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi Adverse Drug Reactions pada pasien pediatrik yang digunakan diberbagai rumah sakit. Hasil yang didapat sebanyak 8 Jurnal, 9 Golongan obat, 16 Nama obat dan 5828 populasi pasien yang terdampak pada kasus Drug Related Problems kategori Adverse Drug Reactions, setelah diakumulasikan dari beberapa jurnal yang didapat hasil terbanyak terdapat pada golongan obat Antibiotik yaitu sebanyak 5338 yang tergolongkan dari 5 nama-nama obat yaitu: Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Amikacin, Cefotaxime dan Ceftriaxone. Dari beberapa obat golongan antibiotik tersebut yang dikonsumsi oleh pasien terdapat juga beberapa keluhan efek samping yang tidak diinginkan seperti: Ruam Urtikaria, Gatal ditempat suntikan, Diare, Kulit Kering, Bibir Kebiruan Gelap dan Lichen nitidus. Solusinya yaitu Menghentikan obat yang dicurigai dan diberikan obat untuk mencegah reaksi, Diberikan obat alternatif untuk mencegah reaksi, Melanjutkan perawatan bersama dengan cairan terapi dehidrasi, Dilanjutkan perawatannya dan konsultasikan kedokter yang bersangkutan." @default.
