- W4298122012 abstract "本研究の目的は，リハビリテーション関連職（以下，リハ職）におけるジェンダーバイアスについてアンケート調査を行い，どのような種類のジェンダーバイアスがみられるかを予備的に調べることである．方法としては，国内の現役リハ職に対し，インターネット上でのアンケート調査を行った．設問は，基本的属性，独自に作成したジェンダーバイアスに関する18 の設問項目，ジェンダーや働き方に関する意見や体験談に関する自由記載欄とした．統計学的処理では，1）設問項目ごとの対象者の基本的属性間の群間比較，2）ジェンダーバイアスに関する設問における各設問項目間の相関，3）「男性」と「女性」という言葉以外が同内容の設問間における2 群間の差の比較を調べた．結果として，1）では，年代，所属，経験年数，同居家族においていくつかの設問項目で有意な差がみられた．2）では，男女間の大学院進学についての設問間に強い相関が，育児中の男女スタッフの急な休みに対する考え方の設問間に中等度の相関が見られた．3）では，2 群間に有意な差がみられた．自由記載欄では，全体としては男性・女性それぞれが感じた性別・カテゴリ分けされた他者からの心ない言葉や扱いに関する内容が多く記載された．これらから，リハ職は働き方やキャリア，研究会や学会参加，バイザー業務や指導係，大学院進学に対してジェンダーバイアスがあることが示唆された．" @default.
