- W4298833543 abstract "In view of the problem that the influence of multiple nozzle parameters on the atomization performance for small-scaled aviation kerosene rotary engine is not clear, numerical simulation was used to study the atomization performance of kerosene under different nozzle parameters. The effects of different nozzle hole diameters, nozzle hole numbers as well as nozzle hole structure parameters on the kerosene atomization process were investigated, and the optimal nozzle hole characteristic parameters were determined. Based on this, the atomization and combustion process of aviation kerosene rotary engine was analyzed in the simulation method. The results showed that when the nozzle hole diameter increased from 0.16 mm to 0.2 mm, the spray penetration length increased from 36 mm to 41 mm. When the nozzle hole number was 2, the spray cone angle was 12°, and the angle of the nozzle holes was 15°, the spray penetration length of kerosene and the particle distribution in the spray field were more suitable for small-scaled kerosene rotary engine with narrow combustion chamber space. With this nozzle parameter, the wall attachment of fuel is reduced and the quality of fuel atomization in the combustion chamber is improved, thus achieving efficient combustion." @default.
