- W4301490872 abstract "難治性の下腿潰瘍を伴う一次性下肢静脈瘤に対するDuplex scan oriented venous ligation（DOVL）の成績を述べた．1995年1月より1999年12月に治療を行った，難治性潰瘍を合併した36人38肢を対象とした．性別では男性（21人，58％）に多く，病悩期間（平均11±9年）は長かった．大部分の症例が大伏在静脈型（34肢，89％）で，不全穿通枝（34肢，89％；平均2.7±2.6カ所）を高率に認めた．全例にDOVLを行い，潰瘍は治癒した．36肢（91％）において術後6カ月～ 4年2カ月，平均20±15カ月の追跡調査が可能であり，34肢（94％）には潰瘍の再発は認めず症状は軽快した．2肢に再発を認め，1肢は追加結紮で治癒し，1肢は保存的治療にて治癒した．DOVLにより下腿潰瘍を伴った1次性下肢静脈瘤の治療は可能であり，良好な中期遠隔成績が得られることにより，DOVLは下腿潰瘍合併例に対する低侵襲で効果的な治療法の一つと考える．" @default.
