- W4302557896 abstract "We have made a multi- channel ultrasonic wave prove for measuring the anisotropy of dermis tissue. It has circularly arranged twelve transducers and sound wave emitted from a transduser is received by a transducer opposed and propagation time of the wave between them is measures . Generally, in the fibrous tissue, the sound velocity measured along fibers is larger than the velocity perpendiculer to the fibers. So we can obtain the directiojn of the fibrous tissue by analyzing a change of the direction of the sound velocity. We measured the characteristics of sound velocity change as a function of the propagation direction at abdominal region of a human body ans the direction gained by this method is about the same as that of the result by anatomical study. This method is steadier and speedier than that of the previous way of turning single pair of transducers." @default.
