- W4306165871 abstract "To solve the problems of a large number of steel slag abandonment and shortage of earth rock materials for road engineering construction in the north west loess area, fly ash is used to inhibit the expansibility of steel slag and mixed into loess in different proportions. Unconfined compressive strength test and direct shear test were carried out for mixtures with different mix proportions (immersed in water for 24h and not immersed in water), and the relationship between mixture strength and steel slag content was analyzed. The unconfined test results show that the compressive strength of the mixture at each age increases with the increase of steel slag content. After immersion for 24 hours, the compressive strength of the mixture with different mix proportions decreases, and the loss of immersion strength decreases with the increase of age. The direct shear test results show that the overall shear strength of the mixture increases with the increase of steel slag content, while the cohesion first decreases and then increases, and the internal friction angle first increases and then decreases." @default.
