• W4306362580 abstract "이 연구는 전재경이 자신의 해방 전후를 다룬 자전적 소설 「최후의 교실」이 <최초본>(1946)과 <개작본>(1948) 두 판본이 있음을 밝히고 두 판본을 대상으로 자전적 요소, 외국문학인 알퐁소 도데의 소설 「마지막 수업」과 롱펠로우의 시 「화살과 노래」가 인용되는 방식을 비교해서 알퐁소 도데의 「마지막 수업」과 롱펠로우의 「화살과 노래」가 국적과 국어를 함께 빼앗겼다가 되찾은 경험을 가진 식민지 조선 출신의 작가의 「최후의 교실」에서 창조적으로 맥락화된 것을 밝혔다. 전재경의 작가 작품연보를 작성하여 평양 출신의 ‘재북’ 작가인 전재경의 독특한 성격을 밝혔고, 두 판본의 차이를 비교했다. <최초본>이 실제 해방 전 전재경의 행적이나 심정에 가깝게 서술된 반면 <개작본>에서는 자전적 요소를 많이 삭제하고 소설적 완결성을 추구하여 완성도가 높아졌다. <최초본>에서는 도데의 소설 「마지막 수업」을 전유하여 민족어와 민족을 등치시키는 언어민족주의에 초점을 맞추었다면 <개작본>에서는 마지막 조선어 수업시간에 가르친 시 작품을 정몽주의 「단심가」에서 안민영의 「매화사」로 교체하면서 언어민족주의 정서를 상대적으로 약화시켰다. 「단심가」의 정서는 해방의 비전이 보이지 않는 상태에서의 비통한 결의라면 「매화사」의 정서는 해방이 된 이후, 즉 민족과 언어를 되찾고 미래를 계획해 나갈 수 있게 되었다는 희망의 노래인 것이다. 또한 「매화사」에서 눈을 견디고 어린 가지에서 핀 꽃은 롱펠로우의 「화살과 노래」에서 다시 찾은 노래에 비유되었다. 이런 점에서 <최초본>은 민족주의적인 요소가 강한 반면 <개작본>은 그러한 것보다는 교사와 학생 사이의 관계, 인간에 대한 믿음을 강조했다는 점에서 민족주의 문학을 넘어서는 보편성을 지향하는 세계문학의 수준으로 작품의 시야를 넓히는 성과를 거두었다. Jeon Jae-kyungs autobiographical story The Last Class has two versions, first one published at 1946 and second one published at 1948. This study examines the autobiographical elements and foreign literary figures in both versions and compares how Longfellows poem Arrows and Songs and Alphonso Daudés story The Last Lesson are cited. To this end, I researched the chronology of Jeons life, tabulated the differences between the two editions and reconstruct the appropriation of foreign literature as a writer with colonial experience. In his first version Jeon honestly spoke about his actions and feelings before National Liberation. On the other hand, in second version Jeon deleted many autobiographical elements and pursued aesthetic perfection which improved the level of perfection. In first version Jeon focused on linguistic nationalism that equates national language with ethnicity by appropriating Todes story “The Last Lesson”. In second version the teacher taught Ahn Min-youngs Maehwasa instead of Chung Mong-jus Dansimga. Through this, the nationalist sentiment was relatively weakened. He also appropriated Longfellows Arrows and Songs. Through this, the role of the teacher and the reward of being a teacher were expressed. Alfonso Daudets Last Lesson and Longfellows Arrow and Song are creatively contextualized in The Last Class by an artist from colonial Joseon, who had the experience of losing both nationality and national language." @default.
