• W4308286220 abstract "هدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على البحث العلمي وعلاقته باحتياجات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة عمران في تحقيق التنمية المنشودة مع التركيز على المجتمع المحلي، وإلاشارة إلى معوقات الأبحاث العلمية وسبب تجاوز هذه المعوقات لتنشيط حركة الأبحاث وتفعيل دورها في تحقيق التطور، وقد تناول البحث توظيف البحث العلمي في احتياجات سوق العمل وفي تحقيق التطور المجتمعي، وواقع البحث العلمي في المجتمع المحلي، وأن البحث العلمي في الوطن العربي بصورة عامة واليمن بصورة خاصة ما زال دون المستوى المطلوب، إضافة إلى انخفاض حجم إلانفاق على البحوث العلمية، وقد عد الباحثون استبانة مكونة من (44) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (20) فردا، من أصل (102) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعة عمران، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية.&#x0D; أظهرت نتائج البحث أن استجابة أفراد العينة على المحور (الثاني) والذي ينص على البنية التنظيمية والإدارية جاء في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.74)، وانحراف معياري قدره (0.54)، بينما جاء المحور رقم (3)والذي ينص على تطوير البرامج والمناهج الدراسية جاء بالمرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.67) وانحراف معياري قدره(0.54)، بينما جاء المحور (1) والذي ينص على الخدمات البحثية والاستشارية في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره(2.64) وانحراف معياري قدره(0.54) وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة وأهداف هذا البحث، ومساهمته في تحديد أوصاف دقيقة للظاهرة المراد دراستها، كما يكشف عن التطورات والظروف وإلاتجاهات السائدة للمشكلة. ومن خلال نتائج البحث اتضح أن استجابات أفراد العينة (منخفضة) نحو الفقرات وهذا يبين أن البحث العلمي لا ترتبط بالخطط المجتمعية، كما توجد العديد من المعوقات التي ما زالت تواجه البحث العلمي، وعلى ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات التي ربما تسهم في تفعيل البحوث العلمية وزيادة الاهتمام بها ودعمها من قبل المنظمات إلاكاديمية الحكومية والخاصة.&#x0D; كلمات المفتاحية: البحث العلمي – احتياجات سوق العمل – جامعة عمران&#x0D; Abstract &#x0D; The aim of the research is to shed light on scientific research and its relationship to the needs of the labor market from the point of view of the faculty members at Amran University in achieving the desired development with a focus on the local community, and referring to the obstacles to scientific research and the reason for overcoming these obstacles to revitalize the research movement and activate its role in achieving development. Research Employing scientific research in the needs of the labor market and in achieving societal development, and the reality of scientific research in the local community, and that scientific research in the Arab world in general and Yemen in particular is still below the required level, in addition to the low volume of expenditures for scientific research.
