Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi Tape Handayani 82 menyebabkan penjualan abon suwar suwir tidak sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga diperlukan metode yang tepat untuk merencanakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT menjelaskan kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahaan dan juga menjelaskan peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan adalah menjalin kerjasama dengan biro perjalanan di dalam dan luar Kabupaten Bondowoso, perpanjangan hak paten, penggunaan fasilitas delivery order bagi pelanggan.&#x0D; Marketing is one of the primary activities carried out by the company to face competition and maintain the viability of its business so it can continue to grow and earn profits under the wishes of the company. The strategy is a unified, broad, and integrated plan that links the strengths of a company's strategy with environmental challenges and ensures that the company's goals can be achieved through proper implementation by the organization. The company Tape Handayani 82 is one company in the Bondowoso Regency that produces shredded shredder as one of the processed products from tape. Some obstacles faced by Tape Handayani 82 cause the sale of shredded suwar suwir are not under the target desired by the company, so we need the right method to plan an appropriate marketing strategy that is using SWOT analysis. We selected the SWOT analysis because, in this analysis, it first explains the strengths and weaknesses of the company and also explains the opportunities and threats faced by the company. The results showed that the marketing strategy that could be carried out by companies to increase sales volume was to collaborate with travel bureaus inside and outside the Bondowoso District, an extension of patents, use of delivery order facilities for customers." @default.
