- W4309192433 abstract "High-throughput experimentation (HTE) – the rapid execution and analysis of dozens to thousands of experiments – is becoming a cornerstone of many scientific fields. In synthetic chemistry research, HTE is typically associated with industrial R&D laboratories or large academic centers containing sophisticated infrastructure run by dedicated technicians. This leads to a perceived high barrier to entry for those interested in using HTE in their academic research programs, in both the capital and expertise required. Drawing on the author’s experience in a large industrial R&D lab and starting up a new academic lab, this chapter will relate several case studies on how academic researchers can overcome these barriers to realize the power and potential of HTE approaches in synthetic chemistry." @default.
