- W4309195330 abstract "Currently, the problem of congestion of the motor transport network in large cities of Russia is quite relevant and important. According to open statistics, Krasnodar is one of the most motorized cities in the country. Due to this factor, as well as the rather outdated planning structure of the city's road network, especially in its center, Krasnodar suffers from traffic jams, second only to Moscow and St. Petersburg in this indicator. The solution to this problem, according to the authors of the paper, are two measures. Firstly, this is the construction and operation of the so-called intercept parking lots at public transport stops, especially at tram lines. For these purposes, 3 land plots of different size and location are proposed, which could be used for the design of intercept parking lots. Secondly, if such parking lots are not enough to unload the road network of the settlement in question, it is necessary to modernize the parking lots located in the center of Krasnodar by introducing automated parking systems, namely, rotary, puzzle, stackable and tower parking lots. Thus, with the help of these measures, it will be possible to unload the roads of the city." @default.
