- W4309346983 abstract "• Highly emissive CsPbBr 3 Perovskite QDs are synthesized by the modified LARP method. • The obtained refractive index makes CsPbBr 3 QDs may be helpful for optical device fabrication. • The band gap acquired by ellipsometry data is nearly equal to that obtained from the tauc plot. The Cesium lead Bromide Perovskite-QDs (CPBP-QDs) is synthesized by ligand-assisted reprecipitation method and thin film is fabricated on FTO substrate by spin coating technique. CPBP-QDs thin-film showed a prominent absorption peak at 507 nm with direct band gap of 2.36 eV and PL peak comes in visible range with green-coloured emission. The ellipsometry result shows the refractive index of CPBP-QDs thin film is 2.02 at emission wavelength (520 nm) and extinction coefficient is 0.22 at 506 nm. The absorption coefficient obtained by ellipsometry is consistent with the experimental data. These results indicate CPBP-QDs may be a good alternative for device fabrications." @default.
