ZmÄnu souÄasnĂŠ praxe k lepĹĄĂmu podmiĹuje pĹesnĂĄ identifikace stĂĄvajĂcĂch nedostatkĹŻ v pĂŠÄi a hlavnĂch determinant spokojenosti Ĺžen s pĂŠÄĂ v mateĹstvĂ. CĂl: ProstĹednictvĂm literĂĄrnĂho pĹehledu kontextuĂĄlnÄ poukĂĄzat na identifikovanĂŠ vĂ˝znamnĂŠ determinanty spokojenosti Ĺžen. Metodika: ProstĹednictvĂm PICo rĂĄmce byla formulovĂĄna klinickĂĄ otĂĄzka, podmiĹujĂcĂ vyhledĂĄvĂĄnĂ a definovĂĄnĂ kritĂŠriĂ pro zaĹazenĂ ÄlĂĄnkĹŻ. OtĂĄzka je zamÄĹena na determinanty souvisejĂcĂ se spokojenostĂ Ĺžen s pĂŠÄĂ poskytovanou bÄhem mateĹstvĂ. PopulacĂ jsou Ĺženy ĹžijĂcĂ v podobnĂŠm kulturnĂm kontextu, se standardnĂm prĹŻbÄhem tÄhotenstvĂ a s proĹžitou zkuĹĄenostĂ. UvedenĂŠ pojmy byly transformovĂĄny do pĹedmÄtovĂ˝ch hesel a pouĹžity pro vyhledĂĄvĂĄnĂ a nĂĄslednou prezentaci v textu. VĂ˝sledky: HodnocenĂ kvality pĂŠÄe poskytovanĂŠ ĹženĂĄm v mateĹstvĂ je nedĂlnÄ spjato s konkrĂŠtnĂ zkuĹĄenostĂ Ĺženy. ProĹžitek je podmĂnÄn specifickĂ˝mi determinantami vztahujĂcĂmi se k jednotlivĂ˝m fĂĄzĂm mateĹstvĂ a specifickĂ˝mi takĂŠ pro rĹŻznĂŠ sociodemografickĂŠ skupiny Ĺžen a skupiny Ĺžen se zvĂ˝ĹĄenĂ˝mi nĂĄroky na pĂŠÄi. ExistujĂ ale i determinanty obecnÄ platnĂŠ pro vĹĄechny Ĺženy bez rozdĂlu. PatĹĂ k nim kontinuĂĄlnĂ respektujĂcĂ pĂŠÄe, partnerskĂĄ komunikace, naplnÄnĂ osobnĂch oÄekĂĄvĂĄnĂ Ĺženy, vysokĂĄ mĂra profesionality, podpora ze strany zdravotnĂkĹŻ, zapojenĂ Ĺženy do rozhodovĂĄnĂ a respekt k jejĂ volbÄ. ZĂĄvÄr: ÄlĂĄnek poskytuje pĹehled vĂ˝znamnĂ˝ch determinant spokojenosti Ĺžen s pĂŠÄĂ, kterĂŠ byly zjiĹĄtÄny napĹĂÄ rĹŻznĂ˝mi zemÄmi - zejmĂŠna v evropskĂŠm kontextu, ale i mimo nÄj. ZkuĹĄenosti Ĺžen z mateĹstvĂ mohou vĂ˝znamnÄ ovlivnit Ĺživot matky i dĂtÄte. Je ĹžĂĄdoucĂ, aby byly zkoumĂĄny a staly se standardnĂm kritĂŠriem pro hodnocenĂ kvality pĂŠÄe poskytovanĂŠ ĹženĂĄm v mateĹstvĂ." @default.
