Анализ полученных результатов исследования клинико-психопатологических и вегетативных особенностей пациентов с хроническим болевым синдромом (ХБС) при дорсопатиях различного генеза. Материалы и методы. Обследованы 82 пациента с ХБС при дорсопатиях компрессионно-ишемического генеза, из них 46 (56,1%) пациентов – женщины, 36 – мужчины (43,9%). Астенический синдром диагностировался на основании жалоб пациента, уровень тревожности определяли по шкале реактивной и личностной тревожности Спилбергера – Ханина, наличие депрессии определяли по шкале депрессии Бека. Результаты. Изучение неврологического статуса, показателей нейрофизиологического и нейровизуализационного методов исследования позволяет оценить степень повреждения нервной системы при таких заболеваниях, как дорсопатии различного генеза. Анализ выраженности ХБС нужен для объективизации боли и психоэмоционального состояния. Заключение. Хроническая боль напрямую связана с психоэмоциональным состоянием пациента, что требует выбора соответствующего лечения депрессии и тревожного состояния. Purpose of the study. Analysis of the findings of the study of clinical, psychopathological and vegetative features of patients with chronic pain syndrome in dorsopathies of various genesis. Materials and methods. A total of 82 patients with CPS in dorsopathies of compression- ischemic genesis were examined, of whom 46 (56.1%) were women and 36 (43.9%) were men. Asthenic syndrome was diagnosed basing on patient’s complaints, anxiety level was determined using the Spielberger – Hanin Reactive and Personal Anxiety Scale, and depression was determined by the Beck Depression Inventory. Results. Investigation of neurological status, as well as findings of neurophysiological and neuroimaging research methods allow to evaluate the degree of nervous system disorders in such conditions as dorsopathies of various genesis. CPS severity analysis is required for objectification of pain and psychoemotional condition. Conclusions. Chronic pain is closely related to the psycho-emotional state of the patient, which requires the choice of appropriate treatment for depression and anxiety." @default.
