Целью исследования является анализ показателей распространенности заболеваний среди основных групп населения и заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями с учетом воздействия сельскохозяйственного техногенеза (с/х). В соответствии с целью были определены 7 субъектов, расположенных в Поволжском регионе Российской Федерации, где доминирующим направлением является сельскохозяйственная деятельность. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что на данных субъектах выбросы сельскохозяйственных предприятий превалируют над остальными. В первую очередь это предприятия по переработке и производству зерновых культур; предприятия по предоставлению услуг, связанных с производством сельскохозяйственных культур; разведение сельскохозяйственных птиц, ремонт сельхозтехники и т.п. Был проведен анализ распространенности болезней и злокачественных новообразований (ЗНО) в период с 2010 по 2017 гг. по данным госстатотчетности на 100 тыс. населения. В ходе анализа было выявлено, что распространенность болезней и злокачественные новообразования на исследуемых территориях находятся на высоких уровнях и имеют тенденции к увеличению. На основе полученных данных были даны рекомендации по минимизации влияния сельскохозяйственного техногенеза на загрязнение окружающей среды. Significant emissions of substances resulting from various types of technogenesis have caused such global problems as climate change, the greenhouse effect, acid rain and the formation of ozone holes, solution of which has become the main task of the world community. The aim of the study is to analyze the prevalence of diseases among the main population groups and the incidence of malignant neoplasms, taking into account the impact of agricultural technogenesis (agriculture). To achieve this goal, 7 subjects where the dominant direction is proved to be agricultural activity, located in the northwestern region of the Russian Federation were chosen. The study revealed that in these subjects, emissions from agricultural enterprises prevail. First of all, these are enterprises for processing and production of grain crops; enterprises providing services related to the production of agricultural crops; breeding of agricultural birds, activities for repairment of agricultural machinery, etc. An analysis of the prevalence of diseases and malignant neoplasms (MN) for the period from 2010 to 2017. was made taking into account the state statistics reports per 100 thousand people. The analysis revealed that the prevalence of diseases and malignant neoplasms in the study areas is at high levels and tends to increase. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were given to minimize the impact of agricultural technogenesis on environmental pollution." @default.
