• W4310263625 abstract "This study aims to determine the application of the discovery learning model with LKPD to improve Chemistry Learning Outcomes in redox materials and electrochemical cells. This research is a classroom action research. Researchers used the CAR design or model from Kemmis and Taggart which consisted of four components, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The object of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency. In this study the researchers used class XII MIPA 1 which consisted of 36 students with 29 female students and seven male students. After implementing the action through learning with the application of the discovery learning model equipped with LKPD, it turns out that there is an increase in learning outcomes and there is also an increase in the participation or activeness of students in learning. This research was carried out in two stages, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. In cycle I, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes was 63.9% and the percentage of activeness was 55.56%. Because it did not meet the indicators of success, the research stage was continued in cycle II and the percentage of completeness of classical learning results was obtained at 91.67% while the percentage of students' activeness in learning was 80.50%. From the results of cycle II when compared with indicators of success for learning outcomes ? 85% and learning activeness ? 75%, the results obtained from cycle II have met the success criteria so that the research was stopped. From the two cycles carried out it can be concluded that the use of discovery learning learning models with LKPD can improve chemistry learning outcomes for SMAN 1 Jatibarang students and can also increase students' activeness in participating in learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan LKPD terhadap peningkatan Hasil Belajar Kimia pada materi redoks dan sel elektrokimia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Peneliti menggunakan desain atau model PTK dari Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Obyek penelitian ini adalah di SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan kelas XII MIPA 1 yang terdiri dari 36 peserta didik dengan jumlah peserta didik perempuan sebanyak 29 anak dan peserta didik laki-laki sebanyak tujuh anak. Setelah dilaksanakan tindakan melalui pembelajaran dengan penerapan model discovery learning yang dilengkapi dengan LKPD ternyata terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dan juga terjadi kenaikan partisipasi atau keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu tahap siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Pada siklus I prosentasi ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 63,9 % dan prosentasi keaktifan sebesar 55,56 %. Karena belum memenuhi indicator keberhasilan maka tahap penelitian dilanjutkan pada siklus II dan diperoleh prosentasi ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal sebesar 91,67 % sedangkan prosentasi keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sebesar 80,50 %. Dari hasil siklus II jika dibandingkan dengan indicator keberhasilan untuk hasil belajar ? 85 % dan keaktifan belajar ? 75 % maka hasil yang diperoleh dari siklus II sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan sehingga penelitian dihentikan..
